A sunny day

Well, the sun hath returned to dreary Calgary... thank the Gods! I can't wait to get out there, so I'm only to stick around for a second and do this post.

There's not a whole lot new in my world, just been puttering around. But I did get a pleasant surprise yesterday. My sister, the only one I have and would, most days, willing trade in for anything else, cleaned the house. Yup! She actually, for the second time since we moved in 2 years ago, cleaned the house. I'd pretty much figured that she didn't remember how to do something like this. I walk in and nearly dropped dead in fright, I thought I'd walked into the wrong house. Who knew? I did give her her dues though and told her I was duly impressed, but expected her to help out on occasion and actually DO THE CLEANING, instead of leaving it to me to do every damn week.

Let's see, anything else... Hm, oh! talked to an old friend yesterday, thought that he'd pretty much dropped off the face of the world. We chatted for way too long and I'm expecting a gods awful phone bill, but it was well worth it. Well, that's pretty much it for now... There is sun a-callin' and I must heed the lure so I'm outta here folks - Ciao!
