Day 5

Well, it is pleasantly mild today, thankfully. The house is super cool, the outside temp was loverly and I was able to bbq today without fear of dying from heat exhaustion. Course, last nights entertainment included watching our neighbor across the way bbq during the rain/hail storm... hehe! Out with his umbrella, trying not to drown his steaks and keep from getting soaked in the onslaught. Yup, the sister and I stood in our big picture window and watched, sipping our slurpees and occasionally waving at him.

Yeah, we're serious shit disturbers. But hey, not much else to do, TV is all re-runs, the rain hit before we could get to the video store and our room mate refused to go cause he'd get wet. And, at the time, the computer was acting buggy with the storm so we were just leaving it be. At least we weren't offering advice, like we'd normally do, but we don't know him well enough yet. But when we do... lol! watch out neighborhood! Alright, gotta go, belly's a growling and I'm thirsty... Cheers!
