Doomed at the start...

Alright... I've started story 2, and right now my poor hero's are in trouble, right where I want them. They're poised to be tossed to a rocky demise, but hopefully they'll pull a miraculous escape out of their hats. Haven't figured out how yet, but by the time I get back around to saving them maybe I'll have a better idea. Be horrible if they did end up getting dumped off the edge, very sad and highly painful.
Oh well, on to other things... It's another beautiful day here in Calgary, a little nippy but not too bad. The sun's playing peek-a-boo but is supposed to be out in the open this afternoon. My boss, the original iceman, takes this as a sign to crank up the bloody AC. Have I mentioned, he's not the brightest lightbulb in the box? Well, he's not, he's a couple fries short of a Happy Meal and drives us all batty. Plus, we have to wear our outdoor clothing indoors, not fun at all.
So, it's official, the bossman has decided that we are taking 10 days for the Christmas holiday. It'll be great, I'll be able to actually enjoy this years holidays a little more then normal. Usually it's so rushed and packed full of visits that you don't get a lot of down time to just relax, before you're right back at work and slaving away again. Not that I actually slave, we have a pretty relaxed work environment, we work hard and play hard, and just have fun the whole way through. Well, I think that's it for today - Cheers!
